For owners and managers of small companies in Europe, we offer joint activities in the field of woodworking. We have 17 years experience in this business. We own a woodworking factory and rent production site No. 2.
But we cannot sell products, the Ukrainian market is dead. And we can't sell in foreign markets, because we can't go abroad, you have military duty. If you have distribution channels for woodworking products or are a professional trader and know how to sell, your investment in our joint venture will pay off within a year.
Where are we? Our factory is located in Transcarpathia, Ukraine. The distance from the factory to the EU border is 30 kilometers. The distance from the factory to the war zone is 1,200 kilometers. There is no air raid alert in Transcarpathia, there is no curfew, bombs and rockets do not fall. Trade, transport, export-import with Europe are working normally. There are no restrictions for foreign citizens and businessmen in Ukraine.
A bit of history. From 2004 to 2019, we produced wooden house kits from glued beams at the factory. We had a complete production cycle: sawing logs, drying boards, cutting boards, planing boards, gluing boards into timber, planing and profiling timber, cutting timber for a specific project. After the start of the war in 2014, the demand for houses began to fall. And Covid and open war finally closed the Ukrainian market for us. Now we are working at location No. 2, which is larger in area and suitable for sawing damp wood. Here we produce products with a lower degree of processing.
Today. In 2022, many specialists from the eastern regions of Ukraine moved to Transcarpathia due to the war. And we decided to resume production in our factory, but only to produce products for the European market. Within a radius of 120 km from the plant there are border crossings with Poland, Slovakia, Hungary and Romania. Therefore, we offer cooperation with a foreign partner who knows foreign (European) markets better.
Principles of joint activity:
- Our side provides cheap raw materials, cheap labor and cheap equipment.
- Your side provides product sales and work financing
- Both of our parties jointly own production facilities in Transcarpathia (the partner will buy out part of the factory)
- Each partner can also run their own separate business in the common production areas, as there is a lot of space in the factory
As a result of this joint work, our joint venture will sell inexpensive products at European prices. And we will have a highly profitable business.
About money. We are considering a potential share of a partner in a joint venture from 40 to 60 percent.
The term for establishing a joint company and joint production is a maximum of 6 months. A joint venture can be registered both in Ukraine and in the EU. The required level of your investment in the joint venture depends on your party's interest in the joint venture. It will also depend on what products we jointly produce and sell. This amount ranges from 50,000 to 120,000 euros - cheaper than an apartment in Riga.
These investments will have to be made gradually, as needed: first - when creating a joint venture, a little later - on additional purchases of the necessary equipment, and, finally, to ensure sales.
The planned production volume is 1 million euros or more in the first year after the start of production. Thus, your investment will pay off in less than a year.
Our factory can be functionally and geographically divided into two equal parts. And we are ready to consider organizing a joint business on one of these halves. In this case, the amount of investment, production volume and profit will be half as much.
Production. Possible types of products that we now see for a joint business: pellets, profiled board (floor board, lining), glued beams, pallets, profiled glued beams for houses.
From conifers. But we can also quickly master the production of other types of products that you can sell well in the e-market. Including beech products.
The factory is located right in the village. Therefore, employees can come to work themselves. And there will be a job competition. All co-production can be placed in this factory. Or maybe only part of the production will be located at this factory, and the rest of the production will be located at site No. 2.

How to develop. We see the point in gradually launching joint production. We will start with small quantities to build logistics and product distribution channels. And when production and distribution start working, we will increase the volumes. For example, start producing pellets from 5 tons per day. If the entire volume of production is sold, production will double - up to 10 tons per day. And when we master this volume, we will double production again. And we will produce 20 tons per day. Or 4000 tons per year, taking into account the seasonality of production. This is more than 1 million euros per year. With a yield of at least 20%.
